Galaxy S10 and S10 Plus: You Need to Know This Feature

In this video, we will cover one of the most amazing features for the Samsung Galaxy S10 and S10 Plus, a built-in software security suite known as the Secure Folder.

Secure folder lets you hide photos, videos, messages, docs, files and more inside a password-protected vault that only you can access.

Using a certain dedicated fingerprint to open Secure folder straight from the lock screen has been pretty damn nifty.

My problem now is, since I ran the secure folder app, it automatically pops up everytime I unlock my phone. Without needing a password. I went through all my settings and can't find settings to cancel this. I even tried hiding the app, nothing. I also have dismissable notifications from secure folder everytime I update any app. It's a nightmare! How do I sort this out?

Great tutorial, thanks for sharing this. I got so sick and tired of iTunes synchronisation that I bought a Sony Walkman last week and have an SD card for all of my music. Just being able to manage files directly on the device again has been brilliant. I think I will move away from the iPhone eventually, but there is still a big lock-in with iMessage, FaceTime Video & Audio

Are you able to access private items from the file manager or are they encrypted and stored in another partition so no one can access or see the encrypted folder?

Secure folder is very bulky and annoying to get through. What about the password or fingerprints to open your your apps you want to secure? Very short and easy.
